The trouble with sommersizing is you are suposed to eat fruit and other carby things without protien. That is directly opposite of what Atkins recomends. According to Atkins you should always have protien and fat with your carbs to minimize the effect the carbs have on blood gluclose and insulin levels.
In fact most LC diets recomend this including protien power, the Zone, and BFL. The last two aren't LC really though.
I have thought about going to the Zone when on maintanance, it just looks liek to much of a pain in the rear though. The thing I like about Atkins is it's fairly easy to follow.
