Default What hot cereal have you tried and do you like it?

I bought carbsense country spice, I have to add 2 slpenda packets to it before I can eat. It's not bad, but it's not good either.. I would like something hot now that the weather is colder..

The BEST is the CarbSense Milk Chocolate hot cereal. You have to double the water it calls for or it is thick as cement LOL! Add a dollop of butter on the top and it is heaven. Very Malt-o-Meal-ish.

I tried Cream of Flax, it was horrid. Now I have the Keto Hot Cereal, apple cinnamon flavor. It is OK if I add cinnamon, Splenda and cream.

I think the Flax-o-Meal cereals are great. I love the Strawberries and Cream. The Butter Pecan and Vanilla Almond are also very good.

I think the KETO Hot Cereals are quite good, especially with a small splash of heavy cream.

I have the KETO hot cereal, banana nut. I thought it was runny, bland, and a small portion. It could be the way I made it though.

I have some MiniCarb chocolate cereal in the cupboard I'm just dying to try

I bought the keto blueberry and cream , I think. I am not sure of the exact title , as I have already thrown the 7.00 thing in the garbage. Yuck. It had a pukey smell/taste. I ate a little ,tried to cover up the flavor by adding cinnamon and extracts, but decided not to torture myself.

My mom said the apple/cinnamon wasnt bad. and Serrelind loves the keto banana nut .

At first the Keto Cereals were nasty to me. Then I tried the Flax-O Meal
OH MY GOD! Those are so nasty!. The Keto Brand Apples and Cinnamon with extra cinnamon is actually pretty good. Wasn't to crazy about the Banana Nut. I loved regular oatmeal "before", and now I just crave the texutre of regular oatmeal.

In the last 2 monthe the Keto company has changed their texture. Before they were on the almost unbearably lumpy side, now they are far to runny. Maybe I just go a bad one, plus the amount of bread/sugar I am eating (a constant 30> carb a day gal, but vary on the amount of veggies) plays a big part.

The better I am, the better the soy tastes.

Plus, why eat hot cereal when Atkins created Muffins! the Lemon Poppy are the moistest, best tasting without adding any Splenda. Me and my Sugar-Busters friend think so!
