Default Fat Flush

Has anyone tried fat flush? I plan to do the fat flush boot camp in January, but have incorporated the elements of the plan into my current diet. My co-worker is on her second week, but lost 8 pounds the first week. I've lost 2 inches by just drinking the cran-water and taking some store brand supplements that have the recommended amount of GLA. I will get CLA this weekend for additional weight loss, but it seems to be ok. It's not as wonderful as the induction on Atkins (the cheese), but it has a lot of the same concepts and you can eat a sweet potato after the first phase.

Ask lawoman, she does the fat flush and may be able to answer your questions.

Go and read in Doreen T's journal as she has done the Gittleman Fat Flush several times with and without modifications.

I have the fat flush cookbook, though I havn't tried the diet. Many of the recipes look like they would work for Atkins, except the higher levels ones. Unfortunetly she doesn't put any information such as carbs, cals, fat, protien with the recipe so if I try them I would have to figure out numbers on my own.

In a way the cran-water sounds really tempting. I would probably get sick of it within a couple days though

Hi

I switched to fat flush 2 weeks ago after disappointing results with Atkins.

I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks.

I do like this plan, the lower fat seems to work much better for me.

I only have 10 - 15 lbs to my goal, and I intend to remain on Fat Flush.

Here's the site, the moderators are fantastic.

There's more discussion about Gittleman's Fat Flush Plan in this thread in our Tips & Stalls forum .. switched from Atkins to Fat Flush and lost 7lbs in 2 weeks.
