I just grated them. . .fried them up and added a bit of onion. .. popped in and egg. . .breakfast! yum! I did make some mock fries the other day with them also I nuked the turnips before the french frying part. . .but for the hash browns I just grated them raw. . .I am trying scalloped turips casserol. redawn
