I looked into her plan...and it is not truly low-carb...more based on healthy lifestyle. Her website (which has forums which I have visited) have a whole bunch of plans/topics to discuss. I would save my money...and just stick with a plan that you can live with. I have tried many plans out there - Atkins, Cad, Protein Power, SOuth Beach, Weight Watchers, Richard Simmons, my own LC version.....I found that for me, the Atkins Plan works the best. Granted, you may benefit from another plan. The whole idea of any diet plan is to be able to satisfy your hunger, curb your cravings, and of course, allow your weight to drop. If any plan does not match these three things...than it obviously is not the plan for you. Sometimes the only way you know, is by trying them out.
