Talking Slowly but SURELY!!

I'm happy to say that I had a very small milestone yesterday. I put on and fit into a pair of shorts I haven't been able to wear this summer. YEAH!!! I know, summer is *almost* over, but that's ok...I did it.

It's been 6 weeks now and I was getting a little frustrated but now I am REALLY determined, the scale has move a few pounds in the last couple of days and I feel great.

I'm starting karate this week again and although I'm probably going to be very sore for a while, I'm very excited about starting back up again (I'm a blue belt).

I'm also going to see my favorite singer of all times...BILLY IDOL in 2 weeks at the Roxy in LA, California. It's going to be a great month.

Default The greatest feeling!

Congrats to you! Isn't that the best feeling ever? I know I loved unpacking my 'thin' box.

Good idea on the Karate. Exercise is always more enjoyable when you like the activity that you are doing.

Good luck and here hoping to many more milestones!
