Didn't get where I wanted to this week at all. Lost 1 lb. Also went up a hair in inches around my middle & thighs but lost 5 inches off my bust & 1/2 of my neck. Strange b/c I feel tighter in the upper ab area. My husband said he can tell a difference in my face as my cheek bones are more pronounced.

Well - I guess a little loss is better than none. Am on 3rd week of induction phase and the only cheats I had this week (which are the first) are one day I went 5 net grams over of carbs b/c I fancied the leeks I was eating, and on Tuesday I had 2 thin slices of bread that my husband had made in the breadmaker. Smelled too nice. Other than that - I've been spot on & have been upping my activity and even getting off on at at further Tube station from me office to walk further every day.

Weight 198 lbs (90.50 kg)
Neck 15.00 in (38.10 cm)
Shoulder 49.02 in (124.50 cm)
Chest 47.01 in (119.40 cm)
Waist 46.50 in (118.10 cm)
Abdomen 48.50 in (123.20 cm)
Hips 43.50 in (110.50 cm)
Thigh 25.00 in (63.50 cm)
Knee 13.50 in (34.30 cm)
Calf 14.76 in (37.50 cm)

Arm 12.52 in (31.80 cm)

Hope everyone has had a brilliant week!

Hi everyone.

Congrats to everyone who lost inches, pounds or both. This week no change for me. My weight went up to 135. TOM is due tomorrow or the day after and I am feeling bloated. Sticking to my commitment no to miss a day of BFL. This is my 19th day. Still loving the cardio and hating the weights.

Weight: 135

Neck: 13
Shoulders: 39
Chest: 37.5
Chest (under breasts): 31.5
Bicep: 12
Forearm: 10
Wrist: 5.625
Waist (natural): 30.5
Waist (belly button): 32.5
Hip (3 inches below belly button): 36.5
Hip (around rear): 38.5
Thigh: 23.5
Thigh (4" above knee): 19
Calf: 15
Knee: 15
Ankle: 8

We can do this!

Peace

Hi all
Well I am up 2 pounds and have to confess that Fri and Sat was carb loading and I could not stop. My hubby has agreed to help me and we are back to 20 carbs in a day. I have suffered from migranes for the last 3 days and am not sure if it is our rainy weather or all the carbs. Well today is a new day and am looking forward to this weeks weigh in.
Congrat to all those who have lost pound/inches
Holly

Hey Holly! You stumbled, just get back on track. Give your hubby for being so supportive. I think's it's the carbs Holly. Hope you feel better soon. Drink lots of water. Take care.

Peace

Well I did my weigh in and measure today & I got some good results. Last wk I went from 243 (which I have been at for wks) to 245, and I am assuming it was muscle from all the exercise.

I am now glad to report that I am down, and have also lost some inches. My hard work is starting to pay off.

Start of Challenge / Current
Wt- 243# - 242
Bust- 47.75 - 46.5
Waist- 47.25 - 46.5
Hips- 53.25 - 52.3

Good Luck to everyone this week!

Tashi

Hey RED
Thanks for the tip that is what I have been doing. LOTS of H2O and I feel like i'm swimming . I do think it is the carbs and I am NOT getting on the scale daily just to beat myself up. . I also hate being a woman at times I generlly gain 5 to 10 in h2o weight and it seems to take 1 week to get back. Just in time to start all over again. I am thankful that the Hubby is on this also He has lost 26#. He wants about 25 more. We even have our girls on it kind of. They are not so hyper It is great. They do eat some carbs but not as much as before. Hope you all are doing good.
Korry good luck with the studies and try not to stress out. Take the time to care for you self. Holly

Hi guys! Everyone is doing so great.

Wow Tashi! Congrats! You are doing awesome.

I love when the inches move.

Hey Korry! Hang in there. I'll pray for you. Good luck with your exams. What are you taking?

Holly, I know how hard Induction was when I did it. I agree with you wait until after Induction to get on the scale. I hope the whoosh fairy give you a nice big surprise. It's good your husband is doing Atkins and that he is supportive of you. I'm sending good whoosh thoughts his way too.

Where are Rasputin, TrainerDan, Becky, CindyLynn, etc?

Well this week has been good except TOM is still here and my back still hurts. I want to lose some inches this week.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Peace

Hi guys!!

Hope everyone is doing really well!!! I found an error I was making last week re: calculating carbs; this week I am right as rain! And have even managed some gym sessions and yoga.

Take care & all the best to you!!!

Good luck,
