Default I lost the hole in my head!

Okay, it's not a "hole" but it was a large DENT caused by my glasses pressing against my head. I didn't even notice it was gone until today I just happened to think about it. It's GONE! I can't believe it! Just like that! Vanished! Amazing!

And I keep feeling things under my skin I don't remember feeling before! They feel like muscle and bones and stuff, so it's pretty cool! Amazing again!!

Hi changing79!

Whatever you do, you have to learn what works for you. Everybody modifies the diets a little to make them work, and you should simply take the time to try different things out and see what satisfies you the most and also works.

But you should realize that any plan simply takes time to asjust to. And if you cheat, then it can even take longer as cheats simply train your body to expect the cheats and it rebels when you don't follow through with another cheat.

I picked Somersizing because it had more variety and there was no carb counting at all. Just seven rules to follow and a list of foods that you can't touch. I figured that I would try it, and if it worked, then it would be the one for me.

Well it has worked, and I really love it. After more than four months at it, the things I eat really taste good to me and are very satisfying.

But many on Atkins say similar things, so in the end I don't think there's really that much difference. Just go with what your heart feels is best for you -- and then stick to it!

Congrats Dean! Thank goodness it was a dent and not a hole!

Speaking of dents that are disappearing, I noticed my ankles are starting to look a hell of lot more like ankles, and that the DENT my socks elastic would leave is barely there at all any more.

Let me tell ya, there were times the sock dent was deep! no wonder my feel used to hurt so much, I think there were times they lost blood flow.

Hey now dean, if you dont have a dent in your head, you are probably getting smarter now that your noggin has more blood flow too!

:-)

Hi Lilly! You sure put a smile on my face! I HOPE I'm getting smarter! But then, I always used to say my brains seemed to leak out at night as every morning my hair seemed to get greasy!!!

It is so good to notice these little things. It's good to take time and just be thankful. It's good to know things are really working. It’s good to know things are really changing.

It gives us so much hope -- not to mention JOY!!!!
