Question Water Intake Question...

Morning folks!
Well, I'm happy to say that after a few weeks of no loss this morning I've dropped 2.5lbs Had to cut out the bars, reduce the cheese. Anyway, I want to track my water intake on Fitday and it tracks it in grams (g). What is the conversion for oz of water to g's? Thanks in advance!

well, i remember from chemistry class that 1 ml weighs 1 gram...

soo... x grams = xML

1000 ML is a liter, 32 oz...

google has a calculator, just type in the grams as ML.

search for "90 ML in ounces" i bet you get the conversion.
