I run into these problems with BMI too.
I put my measurements into www.mybodycomp.com
That site tells me my LEAN body mass (I'm 5'9) is 172lbs. If I put 5'9, 172lbs into the BMI calculator it says I'm in the "normal" range!!! with ZERO fat! Madness - that whole BMI thing is just insane.
