Funnyface - I have the same prob, always allow myself to get out of hand at the end of the year, promising to start fresh in the new year.

Forget it! The goal IS the new year, I want to be able to start EATING and begin a "size gaining" program in Jan, not a fat loss one.

Let's end this year off with some proud and good feelings ok? Not to mention sleeker figures
