Default Hi everyone

I just wanted to say hi to all of you other triple digit members. I just started on my low carb journey a couple of weeks ago and have been feeling a little uncommitted but since seeing this forum and all the support thats out there I have the oomp to keep going. I've been telling myself every morning that I just need to make it through 1 more day. Hopefully my body soon stops realizing that we are going to have to do this for many 1 more days and stops telling me it likes chocolate cake. I'm just really glad I found all of you to learn and gain encouragement from so HIIIIIIIII

Hi Kattygirl, no need to be afraid of commitment here. One day at a time is a good idea. You can do it!

Hello Kattygirl!!!! I, too, like the "one day at a time" philosophy.
Just think when you have 365 one days!

Welcome to the club. It looks like you've already made some great progress. Hang in there - the "one more day" thing really does get easier!

Glad to have you here Kattygirl!

If I looked at the whole amount of weight I need to lose it would scare me silly. One day at a time is the way to go, and when that day doesn't go toooo well, start again the next day!

Hi Kattygirl!! I'm also in love with the "one day at a time" approach. If I kept dwelling on the past or focused only on the long road ahead, I would have a hard time taking the individual steps each day necessary to reach my goal. Best of luck to you on your journey. Julie.
