Talking I LOVE goats milk yogurt...What do you guys do with it?

I got some today and tried it. OMG! So GOOD!! Not bitey like reg. yogurt (I hated that), and it doesnt make me feel bloated (I think Im sensitive to dairy?). Its soooo creamy and mmmm I got RedWoodHill brand. Found it at my health store(they mark stuff up by $1 at least), kinda expensive but I havent seen it at any reg. grocery stores. I didnt mind it plain, but then added some vanilla DaVinci, MMMMM!!! Even better! What do you guys add to it? And what other brands do you know of in the US?

Mix in 1 scoop protien mix with 1/2 cup yogurt (you should always have protien when ever you have carbs. Have a snack of PB, or something when you have your yogurt)

Mix in berries

Mix with cottage cheese to raise protien

Use to make curries

Blend with things for shakes or smoothies.

Lady,
That's interesting. I thought the protein in the yoghurt was enough to balance.
So I do have to add more protein, uh?
Thanks!

I know there is alot of protien in yogurt. According to Body for life though yogurt is a carb and must have protien with it such as cottage cheese. The Zone diet counts it as a combination food (having a good combo of fat, carbs, and protien) so I don't know really. I typicaly try to have protien at each meal and add some to mine.

Thanks! I am going to try adding a little protein shake powder to mine like you suggested. I remember my husband had bought a case of shakes at one time and I pulled out one can today and mixed it and it was not that bad. I had it for a snack. I can't wait to try it on my yoghurt, it will make a good dessert because it chocolatey but not sweet so hopefully will not get my cravings up.
Haven't tried the goat yoghurt yet, it will be next on my list!
