Smile Welcome to all needing to lose baby fat

I will begin my induction on September 1. My six-week postpartum check up is on 8-28. If all goes well I will begin my exercises also. I wanted to start an area for those women needing to lose weight after their child and/or for those women who have successfully lost the "baby" fat.

If you have lost the fat and are currently maintaining, please help us others out a little with advice on your low carb journey.

I will use this to help me when I am hard on myself and need to vent and to receive and give motivation. WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS.

Can't wait to hear from all of you.

P.S.-I will be using the ATkins WOE.

Hi, Simone. My 'baby' will be 25 in October, and I still haven't lost the fat! But the world has gained a wonderful human being....

I just wanted to say, welcome to the board!

Rachel

Thanks for welcoming me Rachel. Your "baby" is 5 yrs. younger than myself. :-)

I have 2 sons April 24, 2000 and July 17, 2001. I used Shape Up International afther the first pregnancy (LCWOE) and lost all of the weight right before I became pregnant yet again. I hope I have the same will power and determination with the ATkins diet this time around.

Good luck to you!
