Default Crystal Light?

Does anyone know if Crystal Light is okay to have while in induction?

I used crystal light on indiction without any problems. Please be aware that this does contain Aspertame(sp) and some people have reported problems with that. I would NOT count any of the crystal light you have as "water" for the day.

Something that has helped me (if you are having a problem getting down all that water). fill the ice cube tray up with the rasberry CL, and use those CL ice cubes in water.. as it melts a little.. it just give a touch of flavor without feeling like you are drinking straight "kool aid" that is sometimes tastes like..

Bottled Crystal Lite is made with SPLENDA not asparateme. Only the powdered form contains asparateme and for many, it is not a problem but for some it is. I can drink it with no problem but like with everything...in moderation. Splenda bottled is your best bet if you want to drink it.

Thanks, I'll have to try the bottled Crystal Light.

Klaus - That's a good idea with the ice cubes, too. Thanks.

I drank (and still do) one Crystal Light Lemon Tea in the bottle. It has splenda and it is also caffeine free. I had no problems on induction with it.
