Ok, this is out of a health digest magazine that I clipped out about 4 years ago and never tried, found it yesterday and am starting it tomorrow:
Do this for 2 days:
Before Breakfast have 8 oz. water w/ 1tsp. psyllium powder ( I have metamucil capsules so I will have 4 capsules w/water)
& 8 oz. lemon water (juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 T. lemon juice concentrate)

Breakfast - 4 egg white omelet w/1/4 c. each mushrooms & onions

8 oz. water 1 T. flaxseed oil

Mid-morning

16 oz. lemon water

Lunch:

4 oz. broiled fish w/ parsley & garlic, 2 cups green leafy salad w/chives, sprouts & water chestnuts. 1 T. flaxseed oil, 8 oz. water.

Mid - Afternoon 16 oz. water

Dinner _ 4 oz. baked chicken w/ 1/4 cup each mushroooms & onions.
4 oz. steamed beans
1/2 cup raw cuckumbers
8 oz. water

Evening:
8 oz. lemon water
8 oz. water w/ tsp. psyllium powder

Day 3 - 16: before breakfast 8oz. water, 8oz. psyllium powder, Breakfast - 4 egg white omelet w/ 1/2 cup vegetables
180 milligrams GLA (gamma-linolenic acid a fat -burning supplement)
8oz. water. Mid morning 16 oz. lemon water

Lunch: 4 oz. lean protein (fish, skinless poultry, egg whites, lean beef)
1 T. flaxseed oil, 8 oz. water
Mid-afternoon : 16 oz lemon water
Dinner: 4 oz. lean protein , 2-3 cups vegetables (raw or steamed) 1 T. flaxseed oil, 180 mg.GLA, 8 oz. water

Evening: 8oz. lemon water, 8 oz. water w/ 1tsp. psyllium powder

Drink throughout the day raspberry tea....

Pink salmon is a rich source of fatty acids for lunch option...

this is supposed to flush out the toxins...

Hey I did Atkins 14-day induction to a T. So I'm going to try this...just need to get some cuckumbers and water chestnuts and sprouts,
