Kath, I hope you didn't spend a lot of money for these recipes. Protein Bar #1 recipe is identical a recipe I twigged back in May 2001. Strange when you're reading something and it sounds like your own words.

You may also find some other ideas you like there as well.

Definitely making your own bars if a much better way to go than buying them. I'm sure there are many other recipes posted right here on this forum.
