Default eating gets in the way!

I love this diet, but a main problem is I really would rather not eat. Food can get in the way; I have much to do and would rather not worry about eating.
Anyone else feel like that?

No, only on rare occassions have I not wanted to eat. Yours may be a problem lots of us would envy. How long have you been suffering with this problem? You must be losing lots of weight with this kind of "problem"!

I understand what you're saying. I've been there also. Especially during induction when I totally lost my appetite! I had to work very hard to get my food and calorie intake back up. One problem with losing interest in food is that your calories will slip down, your body will go into starvation mode, your metabolism will slow and you will not be able to lose weight. Been there done that!

When you want to lose weight then you have to make what you eat a priority. Since you are so close to your goal weight have you been able to go through the 4 phases of Atkins? Once you go through the phases and are on mantainence then keeping track of what you eat isn't or should take up so much time.

Congratulations on your weight loss and good luck!
