Default Almond Flour

Hi Anyone know where a person can get almond flour or could you just finely ground almonds and use that I want to make a cake which calls for it...Thanks in advance

Yes, you can grind your own in a pinch. Texture-wise, it should be VERY finely ground and powdery.

I got some in the baking section in either Sobey's or A&P - can't remember which one - in GTA.

Check health food isles if your local grocery store has them. Also dig through the regular flours. If they have it there will probably only be one small bag and well hidden
