Forget to list my goal (that would help :lol
Well... I am gonna shoot for 185 lbs.. and lets see what happens
What I usually do: Well I do 20 min interval aerobic training (usually jog increasing difficulty...) three of four times a week. And pushups, crunchs, etc on the other days...
I am taking hydroxycut, an ECA, and its helping a little bit... and try eat more than 3 meals a day... taking a multivitamin, and a Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement and a Vitamin C supplement as well.
Other than that, I try to mantain a positive outlook on life, and take a step at a time...
