Question Pepperoni Chips?

Ok, I saw these mentioned in another post...my guess is that this is pepperoni slices baked until crispy?

The pepperoni does come pre-sliced,. Check the endcaps of aisles as they usually hang them there in bags. Just a note too, I love Boarshead brand meat but unfortunately their sliced pepperoni in the bags does have a few carbs.

I ran right into the kitchen after reading your post and tried them. I liked them! I'm just not a huge fan of pork rinds so this gave me something else to dip in my Original Ranch Party Dip.

These are awesome; just like my favorite part of a pizza - the crispy pepperoni.
Thanks!!

This is a great idea for a snack! I've been getting tired of celery and pork rinds for that crunchy feeling I look for now and then. Just have to look around for the lowest carb variety.

I bought the Armour brand Italian style and there were 16 slices=1 carb. This was great, thanks!
