may be i shoyld try pepperoni chips now to lower my fasting BG. since i've been doing Induction, it's "comfortably" settled at 135. it used to be in 110-120 range with elevation around TOM. i've tried hot toddy right before bedtime last night, and besides not hearing alarm and having huge head acke in the morning, no changes in BG. i don't know what else to do with my FBG. i need more carbs daily to lower FBG, i already know it. on the other hand, more carbs make me gain back what i've already lost. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
it's a viciuos cycle. i'd get a martini mefore dinner tonight, it used to work before.
may be i should just ignore my FBG, and simply concentrate on weight loss.
