Unhappy Funky Feelin...shaky, upset stomach

Ok, this is the 3rd day of my feeling really gross. I am having to make myself eat! I get nauseous so easy (not pregnant!!!). I have been very good for the last 5 months, NO CHEATS. I am wondering if I should up my carbs for a few days. I keep them at 20-25. On the good side, I have dropped 2 pounds in 2 days. I am not posting this because as soon as I am better, I am sure I will gain it back. I may go to the doctor, but I hate being bothered about my "diet". I eat very well, lots of protein, green vege's, etc. Has this happened to anyone else that has been on Induction this long? Should I move up the carbs? I may be listening to my Mother too much, she thinks it's the diet of course. I appreciate any responses.

I think you might just be coming down with the flu...
the weather change... I know that my BF has had similar problems for the last week.. he is just starting to feel like himself again...

I don't think the WOL has anything to do with it... just take some extra vitamins...

It does sound like the flu that I just got over. Why don't you up your carbs a bit to a more "maintenance" level why you're sick? I imagine you're not very hungry so perhaps some chicken soup/broth might help?
