Hello

I am new to this and I think I might have asked this question already, but I can't seem to find my thread so I apologize if this sounds familiar.

Can anyone tell me if I should be concered about vitamin supplements? I take a multi-vitamin (costco brand). Upon reading the Atkins book I wondered about the key supplements he mentions, Q-10, L-caritine, etc. I am losing weight slow and steady, but I am just curious what regimends others have found to be benifical to them. To go out and buy what he recommends could add up quickly. Of course he plugs his Basic Formula #3, but either way is a regular multi vit. enough?

I usually take a regular multi myself. A friend gave me some One-a-Day Weight Smart she didn't want anymore and I like it. I take a separate calcium/magnesium supplement as well.

I've tried the Atkins ones, but they were WAY to expensive to keep up on!!!

I'd suggest cruising the "supplements" forum and see what others are doing.
