In Canada, Twin is made with cyclamates, in the US it's made with saccharin. And yes the brown sugar version of both is good Some folks find that it can have a bitter aftertaste when used in larger amounts. To get around this in recipes .. try mixing it 50:50 with splenda. In fact, you'll probably find you can get away with using less sweetener overall. For example, if the recipe calls for ½ cup sweetener, you might find that a few Tbsp of each mixed together is just right
