Took the girls to the park after work today and walked with them for about 30 mins then let Autumn play in the park. It was nice. Again, very proud of myself. Will probably walk again tomorrow, either out doors or do a tape. Hopefully, outdoors. I do have a prob though while walking with the girls. I have a mild case of carpel tunnel and when I push the stroller more than 5 minutes my fingers start hurting and getting numb. I just try to deal with it as I go along. Oh well will catch U all later!!
