Going into the store expecting to buy a large shirt and a size 14 skirt and coming out with a medium shirt and size 12 skirt!!!!!! (this down from a 22/24 this past March)

* Having people I haven't seen for several months not recognize me until I say hello

* Discovering that my boss, who used to call Atkins WOL "disgusting," is now very quietly LCing...

* Feeling normal again when I sit down in airplanes, at concerts, and at the movies

* Graduating from the Women's section of Lord & Taylor to Ladies - I get to shop upstairs rather than in the corner of the basement!

* Being smaller than I have been for 12 years

* Realizing that the dream I had when I started (hoping to drop 5 sizes - done already!) is just the beginning what is possible

.....wearing one size larger the my 15 year old daughter.

.....eating and never being hungry.

.....able to run upstairs, instead on slowing walking upstairs and needing to stop half way to catch my breath

.....having my DH tell me we need to do some cloths shopping.

.....co-workers calling me slim.

.....friends and co-workers asking me how this diet works.

.....knowing I am eating the right way for life.
