Maybe if you could post a menu of what you eat during a given day, someone can spot a problem. It's highly unusual not to lose at least SOME during induction, but it does happen.

We'll be happy to help!

What I really suggest is that you post your menu in here for the past week or start doing it from one week so we can all give you our input. Another thing that I suggest is that you suscribe to fitday.com and start adding the food you eat. there is a table that tells you how manyu cargs, cals, proteins, fats fiber etc ytou are having a day and which are the percentages.
Another thing that I really suggest, is that you drink about 1 gallon of water a day.
I will come back to check your posts and help you out. Atkins works and I am sure you are doing something wrong.
Take care, and see you soon

Looking at your profile, it looks like you've lost 5 lbs. in three weeks, not 2 lbs. in 5 weeks. The former, while slower than what many people report, would be more in line with typical results.

Hi Laura!
I agree with Becky about posting your daily menus and the useful that fitday can be.
Atkins works but you really have to take care of the details, enough water, eating your veggies, enough fat...
Today I broke a 6 week long stall just because I begin to eat my veggies again...
(I hadn't eat them lately since I don't like them too much)
Post your menus and you'll receive a lot of helpfull tips!

Hi Laura,

fitday is super cool and free. All you do is go to www.fitday.com and register(enter a user name and password). Then you fill in your stats and you are ready to enter the foods you ate that day. This will track you and also let you know what percentage fat/carb/protein...and also cals and just about everything else!! Good luck. Hang in there;~)

The first thing I see is you may want to add more vegetables particularly, but more FOOD in general! I know it sounds crazy, but you really CAN eat more and still lose! Since you didn't specify amounts, I'd also warn to look out not to eat more than the recommended 3-4 ounces of cheese a DAY foor now.. and that's not a lot!

I haven't gotten the hang of fitday myself yet, but it sounds like another great tool.

Hang tight!
