Talking woo hoo 190 pounds!
Yesterday the scale said 190 and i just couldn't believe it, so I waited till the next day to make sure it wasn't just water fluctuation. Yep, still 190, in fact It might be almost 189! I can't believe it, this woe is a miracle. I haven't been 190 since I was a child . I am only 15 pounds above my next minigoal: a few pounds below non-obese at 175.

Thanks for the support guys

More happy news, my sister gave me these pair of size 14/13 pants, and before they were too tight to button. Today I tried them on, and after some creative positioning (lying on the bed while sucking in my stomach) I got them buttoned! I can't belive I can wear a size 14 now! This is absolutely incredible!
