Default Soy Nuts - Ranch Flavor

I would like your opinions here PLEEEEZE !!!

I bought a bag of DrSoy Ranch flavored Soy Nuts, boy are they ever good. Now, here's the nutritional value:

Portion: 1 oz

Calories: 150
Fat 7 g
Sodium 280
Carbs 7 g
Fiber 4 g
Sugars 1 g
Protein 13 g

Do you think this will stall weight loss b/c of the salt ? I'm not talking about eating the entire bag in one sitting but having it as a snack at night. It really cures the munchies when you want something flavorful and crunchy.

Whats your view on soy nuts ?

Thanks everyone

Soy nuts are available in my local food markets...and in the produce markets in bulk. Health food stores also carry them.

Meijers had some spicy salsa kind , they were 9 gms carbs and 2 gms fiber .too much for me. I wasn't sure what you guys said the carbs were .Now I see the brand they have at Meijers is way too high in carbs. I will keep looking .

Cincin, there are alot of different kinds. The ones I buy have 9 gms of carbs w/5 gms of fiber per ounce... so thats 4 gms per serving and since these things are so light, an ounce serving is a decent amount.

They also have chocolate soy nuts but the carbs in them is very high ... DARN!

You'll probably have to go to a few different stores, and your local grocery store probably has them too and less expensive.

You just gotta put your hunting gear on....but its worth it

I'm wondering if DrSoy has a website and you can order them from there ? check it out.

the bulf ones are even less. for a pound they are $1.89. I usually buy a half a pound or so, and that last like two weeks. The plain salted ones have enev less carbs!

Glad I saw this. I live in the 'boonies' but there are 4 stores in the nearest town that carry these. This is great, thanks!
