Hi Loz,

I think you know very well that the food you describe is way too low in calories. You need at least 1300 calories (5400 kilojoules) daily. You would barely have had 400 cals there.
Atkins is NOT a low calorie diet.

You need a whole lot more protein or you are going to lose a major amount of muscle. You already know that I think you are scarily close to eating disorder territory - please don't prove me right by eating so little.

Try to eat some protein with every meal. A small can of tuna in oil for example. And cheese is great - it has protein and fat.

You may need to force yourself a little. I realise that may be difficult, but eating as little as you have there will drop your metabolism before you know it.

Just remind yourself that your appetite will soon return. You'll be surprised how quickly it will return as long as you eat a bit more. And you will feel a whole lot better too, once you eat more. The 1300 cals is the bare minimum you should be eating.
