Default Best time of day to weigh yourself?

Hello all,

Does anyone know the best time of day to get the most accurate weight measurement? I would assume mornings right once you wake up...but I dunno.

I jsut picked a time on day one and only check at that time.

So if at 5:00pm i am 5 lbs heavier then at 6:00am i was 5lbs heavier when i originally weighed myself.

Again weight is only one good side effect of this so please don't dwell on it.

btw i always go to the doctor in the afternoon and never at 6:00 in the morning so i do not want any surprises.

I weigh myself in the morning after I go pee but before I eat/drink anything. I also make sure I'm wearing about the same weight of pj's ... so if my pj's are heavier, then I'll sometimes take some off to balance. ANYHOW... tmi, I know.

I'm trying to focus on health rather than weight, so I'm TRYING to not focus on the numbers, but on how I feel instead... it's hard, I'm addicted...

I'm also finding that the scale is deceptive because I've been working out (pilates 6Xweek) and I know I'm building muscle which weighs more.

Good luck!
Blessings...
