I don't have a recipe but I can tell you how...

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place salmon filets in a baking dish. Bring a cup or so of white wine and finely chopped shallots to a boil. Pour over the salmon, cover with foil and bake until the salmon is almost cooked through, maybe 15-20 minutes? After you've drained off the wine in the next step, re-cover the salmon with the foil and keep warm.

Drain the wine off into a pot and boil till reduced to a glaze. Add a cup of whipping cream and boil until thickened to a light sauce. Season to taste with salt pepper and lemon juice. I would also add some fresh chives. Stir in the shrimp - it only takes seconds to heat them - plate the salmon and pour the sauce over the salmon.

Looks like dinner!
