Default coffe curious!!!!!

hello to all.....I dropped 15 pounds during induction while drinking coffe......and then just 5 pounds over the following 3 weeks.Would you call that normal or is the caff catching up with me.I do not cheat and bust my rear end in the gym 4 days a week doing both lifting and weights.I thought that I read that the only prob with caffine is that it may trigger cravings which has not been a issue.the only thing I crave is more weight loss.Thank you all and I hope everyone is having a great saturday!!!

Tony

Hmmm everyone always loses most of their weight on induction and then it really slows down, so its normal. I still drink coffee, but not every morning; unlike alot of other foods, coffee does not cause any triggers for me (even with chocolate whipping cream). But I dont drink decaf and Im thinking of switching, does anyone has any good articles about caffine and weight loss?

I drank decaf for most of the the first 2 months then went back to regular, when out, and decaf at home, with no effects.

As well to see that you will have weeks of no losses, check out my records below, yet I reached my goal 8>)
