You stated before tha tyou weren't subtracting fober. Probably the best thing you can do for energy is to start upping your carbs slowly, and going ahead with subtracting fiber. Follow through OWL and start raising. Plus then you can add mandarin oranges to your salads, cottage cheese, sprinkle nuts on for a topping, have a strawberry and chicken salad, or do all kinds of more creative things.
You might also start planning things you can cook fast and easy. Brown some ground meat, then fry salad greens in the oil it leave behind an dhave a cooked salad. Thaw some frozen shrimp and broccoli, then throw it in a frying pan with coconut and almonds for a fast stir fry. Also good is ground meat with a little tomato sauce added, along with cheese and pepperoni. It's like an instant pizza skillit. Almost all things like this take less then 5 mins to fry to gether. I do it sometimes when making a salad seems to dang complicated at the time
