Default Sweetener and stalling

Hi everyone,
The sweetener I use has cyclamate and saccharine in it.
does anyone know if this could cause a stall ?
What food causes you to stall ?

Too much aspartame can cause me to stall, but I never had a problem with saccharin or Splenda (sucralose). How much of it are you having per day?

I use it when I eat cream cheese or cream or when I make muffins. I drink a bottle of diet coke a day, from day 1 of this diet. could it be that after months it starts to causes a stall ?

When you say bottle, do you mean a 2-liter bottle? That's a lot of caffene. The aspartame and the caffene may stall you. I try to avoid both since I found that I lose less weight when I ingest them. Try diet rite!

I think you're just fine as long as you don't overdo the sweeteners. You'll notice if you cut out sweets, your taste will change. I can't really stomach a lot of sodas now, because they seem WAY too sweet!

It's normal for weight loss to slow after the first "burst" of induction. My major reasons for stalling is getting careless after awhile... my portion sizes start getting bigger until I stall..then I am SHOCKED to discover how far off track I really am! I really have to give myself a "reality check" every couple of weeks by measuring my food to make sure I'm not overindulging.

I wish I would lose my sweet tooth. I've done 5 cheat meals now and every time I have a big 'ol piece of pie or cake and man, does it taste awesome. On my last cheat I had a coke and it did taste a bit sweet but I still enjoyed it. Other than that, I only have one can of Diet Rite a day and one or two pieces of the Maltitol chocolate.

How long has it been since you lost any weight? Are you on a true stall?

I also use a sweetener with cyclamate and saccharine and it doesn't have any effect on me.
