i use a combination of fitday.com and NAT (the nutritional analysis tool -HIGHLY ACCURATE) to count up carbs and cals and stuff. fitday is good for keeping a log, and NAT is great for the data. if you find a food that is inaccurate or just not specifically what you are eating (for instance, if you concoct something and you want to put all the ingredients together and then find out what a serving of it is worth) you can look it up on NAT which i have found to be pretty exhaustive when combined with fitday.
