I think I might actually make it after all. Not feelin like a junkie anymore

Coffee withdrawl was the worst! Almost to the otherside - still a bit dizzy - but that's nothin new

I haven't weighed myself yet. I think I will wait until the end of the two weeks.

My third day also. I hadn't read the book until today. So I've had a bit of caffine. But I checked with a ketostix today for the first time. It read moderate to large. I am so excited.

Isn't cool to have the control of what we eat?!!! For me it has been one of the better gifts of Atkins...
