Try Fruit 2O (flavored water made with Splenda) or Diet Rite sodas. Diet Rite comes in a variety of flavors (I like the Cola and White Grape) and is sweetened with Splenda, not aspartame. And it's caffiene free, and legal for Induction!

You can drink Diet Rite (cola is really good) and bottled crystal lite both are made from Splenda which is allowed.

I also drink all the Diet Rite flavored soda's ... they have tangerine, white grape, kiwi-strawberry, rasberry, black cherry and cola..

I also found that Diet Dad's Rootbeer is made with Splenda

I use the rootbeer with 7 cubes of ice... and 2 T. of Heavy Cream... in the blender... and makes a Rootbeer float kinda... nice for a treat..

The arizona iced tea has trace honey in it. If it isnt stalling you, great, but be aware that honey is in it so it isn't totally carb free or calorie free.

You can find a list of products that use Splenda at http://www.splenda.com/library/asse...withsplenda.pdf (it's a PDF file so if you do not have a PDF reader you can download one for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) my favorite drinks are the Waist Watchers sodas, the pre-made crystal lite, as well as homemade ice tea w/Splenda.

There are lots of flavored decaf teas that are great when you add some Splenda and heavy cream (or half and half). Also, I keep scouring the stores for sodas made with Splenda not Aspartame and just found that Food Lion's own brand of sodas does not use aspartame!

Also, decaf coffee flavored/sweetened with a DaVinci syrup is delish too.

Is the Aspartame supposed to really slow down weight loss or is it that Dr. Atkins thought is was a bad chemical and therefore recommended staying away from it. I've read both versions. Just bought some Splenda today and plan on getting some Diet Rite next time at the grocery. Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks!!!

ItsTheWooo - just be careful with the Snapple - I think that must have been a recent change because I still have yet to find it on the shelves. Every store I go to, I look at the Snapple, and so far I have only found Aspartame.

As far as I know, it's only the pre-made crystal light right now that has the Splenda ---and thankfully it's been easy to find (they even sell it in BJ's)

I tell ya, Splenda has been a major blessing for me because I can't touch Aspertame! Aspertame puts me into non-functioning migraines (it took 3 neurologists to figure that out!)....so this Splenda stuff has totally made my life better!

Carbonation & me don't get along so I drink Koolaid made with Stevia. The aftertaste of Splenda makes me nauseous. Aspartame is made from Wood Alcohol (a poison). No wonder it gives people headaches, so I won't touch it.

I found some flavored waters at Walgreens (on sale even). They are really tasty, but are made with sucrolose. I think I remember reading somewhere that's ok. Just want to confirm it tho. Thanks for the suggestions.
