Cream of wheat... easy one. Flaxmeal cereal.

2-4 TBSP flax seeds, hot water (not boiling!) till it's the right consistancy
splash of heavy cream
sugarfree maple syrup on top.

Dont have a personal one for spaghetti, somebody else can go for that one.

For spaghetti?
Answer: How about cooking spahetti squash, the insides are like strings if you pull them out or slice zucchini with peeler and make strips that are like pasta noodles...

HC Food:
Chocolate cake with chocolate icing??

Well in OWL and Pre-Maintence you can eat apple and peanutbutter. That's possible you just have to wait a while!

BTW, I ate one tonight and I swear it tasted like caramel apple to me. I psyched myself out.

Oh oh oh! I found something to replace a carmal apple!!!! Take some peanutbutter, mix some DaVinci carmal syrup in, and dip an apple in it! I guess you cant do this on induction...but OWL maybe? I bet you could even roll it in some chopped up nuts!
