I was at my chiropractor today for the first time since I started losing.
He was trying a fairly tough adjustment on my lower back when he stopped, looked at me and said "Have you lost weight? There's not nearly as much of you to work with as there used to be!"

Made my day, just wanted to share!

Congrats on the compliment!

I'm keeping my "diet" a secret.. gonna still wear my "fat" clothes as long as I can make them fit... I want to WOW them at Christmas when everyone shows up for my traditional Christmas brunch and I'm wearing a nice fitted outfit... that way no one is expecting anything from me.. it's between me and myself. I think I'll have more success that way. Oh, and DH... he's on the plan too, so he's here to encourage me! grin!!! (he's already saying he can feel a difference when he hugs me.. that's nice to hear!)

Shaerat: I am planning something similar My parents know nothing about this other than "I am losing a bit of weight". I am seeing them again either in October if they come to visit, or in December when I go home for christmas
