how many calories and carbs are you eating? you might be too low.
if you don't use fitday or some other kind of journal you might try it. I find that my calories are always low unless I watch what I'm eating and make sure I have enough.

Dustin-

I have the same problem. I take a nap on the days I can. Taking my suppliments and eating plenty I think. Probably I am not drinking enough water-dehydration can make you tired.

Default I'm a Sleeping Machine!

Dustin, I can relate. I went to bed at 9:30 last night, woke up at 9:30 this morning, and just awoke from a 2 hour nap...only because the phone rang! I've been dragging since my second week of Induction almost 3 months ago.

I've been taking Atkins Basic #3 and Essential Oils religiously, as well as exercising (cardio and Pilates) 5 days a week. I think I'll check out the Atkins website too and see what other supplements he has that might perk me up. I think I'll also try increasing my carbs a little since I'm still eating at Induction level and haven't lost a pound since my first week. I'll let you know if it helps.
