I am a single parent with full time job and 3 dogs. I am wondering if someone who has a similiar situation will share thier menu with me for ideas. I am on fitday but I dont understand how to view others on fitday...

I am looking for meal plan ideas from real people...not from a book's menu.

The best way to find out what people are eating is to visit journals. Many members post daily menus there. To view a member's journal, click on the journal icon at the bottom of one of their posts. You can only view the Fitday journals of others if they choose to make them public and post a link. Another good place to find quick and easy recipes is in the recipes forum. Many of the recipes there are submitted by members.
