Default argh..corn...sweet corn..

Okay, I have yet to see a recipe to fix the corn craving. Ill try ANYTHING. I was fixing my brothers and sisters dinner tonight...sweet corn was among the other high carb food. The smell made me miss it so bad!! Anybody have any suggestions? I wasnt close to actually eating it or anything, but I really do miss it.

Hey if you are like your stats say and are at 10 # below your goal?? You just chow down on that corn!!

I have been eating 2-3 a week and still lost 1 pound this week, ( I'm on my last pound). I make a choice either I have a corn or a tiny potatoe, 2-3 times a weeks, but never both in the same day.

cheers Kathy

I had corn several times this summer and am still losing weight.... On 2 occasions, I had 1 1/2 ears and on another, I had 1 ear. With lots of butter It was sooooooo good! So as long as you are not eating 6 at a time, there's no reason you can't plan to include it in your diet.. especially since you are under goal!

I dont want to start craving things. I have a control problem that is either one extreme or the other. I think I am getting better with it, other day I had some low carb bread dough, was tempted to eat tons but had 2 smalls bites and put it down. If I have corn...I am afraid I will eat LOTS of corn. You see?

I'm not anywhere near my goal weight, but I do have a bite of corn now and again at dinner.
