The Philly Cheesesteak are made by "Steak-Ums" (which are frozen beef slices) and I did not season them at all for the recipe. Just a little salt and pepper on the onions. On regular steak, I usually dont use any seasonings. I will maybe use a butter & mushroom or bernaise sauce over the steak after it is cooked.
