just wanted to share that this is my first saturday on this WOE and i have 6 carbs for the day so far! i'm loving this discipline - it's easier than i thought it would be. i just had to steel my resolve and make it! i'm also loving fitday because i can track everything! i'm really excited to be really doing this. i feel good, i feel proud and i'm gonna make it! so thanks to all who have helped so far and much encouragement to those just starting like me!! keep truckin'!!!!
