Default how many of you are already planning cheats for this weekend?

I'm not! And I hope that a lot of people join me in not cheating and that we encourage those who are tempted to NOT DO IT!!!!

I'm not! We are going camping, so I plan to be extra prepared! There's gonna be more than beer in the cooler this weekend! Like cooked chicken, string cheese, hard-boiled eggs... ok, and maybe a couple of michelob ultras and some sugar free jello shots.

But no chips!! No cookies!! No margaritas!!

I'm hoping not to, picking up some Diet Rite to go with my Rum and pork rinds. This has been a tough three weekends with Concerts and out of town guests..... but it really has not been hard to stay on track.... just difficult getting the meals in properly and not snacking all day.

Alexa, not to push you in the wrong direction, but, the Baja Bob's Margarita's were excelent over the weekend. Non of my non-LC friends complained.

OK - I'm brave! I admit it.... I'm going to a family gathering this weekend, and expect there to be a lot of ethnic foods from my culture and there will be things I can eat with this WOE and things I SHOULDNT EAT but will choose to only taste.

I'm definately hoping there will be enough of what I should eat to keep me away from things I'd shouldnt, but I cant resist and miss something so bad I want to taste it, I cant crucify myself for it.

If I fall off the wagon, I'll get back on the next day.
ITs been bothering me all week, and I'm thinking "I just cant think of this as cheating" if I think I'm cheating then this is merely a diet.

Its not a diet, its a WOE. Am I right? wrong? or attempting to justify a "planned potential cheat".

Hi SS, Have fun with Auntie tonight!

I edited the previous post to plug the LC margaritas, they were a hit with the crowd!

If I find any of the Rasp, I'll let you know or ship you some. We seem to have it here in Chicago.

I wonder if Trader Joe's carries it?

Yes, if that includes the Splenda/Cream/Chocolate Mousse for dessert. I'm finishing up the first 2 weeks of Induction, but plan to continue on with it for another 2 weeks.

Alexa/Moderators, I can not PM as of yet, but I did not see Trader Joes on the list of distributers on the Baja Bob;s site.

I did order from http://www.netrition.com on Wednesday and had the package Friday, regular ground shipping

I plan to be a little more relaxed in my carb count (stay under 35 though) and calories count, but I do not plan to cheat.

I am not planning to cheat. I just hit my goal today. Would not want to do anything to sabotage my weight now. I may be a bit more relaxed with my carb count, but any white sugar, white flour, or caffeine gives me a good headache!!! It's just not worth it to me.
