Default WOW, i lost 3 pounds this morning!

if you read my other messages you would know i was fretting over how slow my losses had gotten, and how few calories i was taking in.

well yesterday i made sure i drank PLENTY of water (100 oz!) and i ate every 3-4 hours, 1700 calories (to meet my bmr, as previously i was eating only 900-1200).

this morning i wake up, expecting to have gained weight from eating so much only to see the scale is almost near 195. i couldnt believe it! i dont know how this is possible but it is, i checked a few times!

so if you are plateuing it is IMPORTANT to eat at least your bmr AND drink gobs of water - if you arent peein several times a day youre not drinking enough!

bacon and pork rinds are my new secret weapons .

Congratulations - my experience is identical, I let my food intake and calories drop low because I wasn't hungry and ended up gaining 6 pounds, I've really upped my fat and amount of food along with the water and dropped those 6 plus a few more for good measure

WOW!!! Congrats!!! Hope that happens to me...I'm at a stall now (I've only lost 1# in 2 weeks). But I have no idea where my calories should be at. I have been staying anywhere between 1200-1800...which is a pretty wide range!
