45 minutes elliptical trainer; very high level; lots of sweat and hard work; hopefully will light weights later!

5 miles today 53 minutes....have to start adding weight to my workout................... feel a little but better than earlier today...I am down about my weight

OH poor gym log I haven't seen you in 5 days!!!!! BUt I needed to take a little time off from working out on my vacation! I will be back to post today!!!

3 sets of 10 isolated leg extensions at 15
3 sets of 12 hamstring curls at 60 pounds
3 sets of 12 isolated hamstring curls at 10 pounds
3 sets of 10 squats with 25 pounds

300 crunches
100 glut raises
3 sets of 10 bicep curls w/ 15 pound each side
3 sets of 10bench press 30 pounds
3 sets of 10 flys with 10 pounds
3 sets of 10 side arm extensions with 5 pounds
3 sets of 10 front wxtensions with 5 pounds
3 sets of 10 tricep extensions with 8 pounds

Ran 4 miles today...not sure of time: 2 miles outside 2 miles inside.hard getting back to the run; I think I am going to taper my running to 3 days a week and 2 days of other cardio/weights.............
