Thumbs up weight loss!

Don't remember the exact date, but back in June I went to the dr for something (don't remember what). They weighed me. I weighed 179. Went back week before last and had lost 13 lbs!. Had to go back today for followup and had lost another 3 lbs! I know that's not much per week, but hey, I am thrilled! I have finally gotten to the point that I am not starving all the time. Hurray for me!!

Hey Barbara:

16 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! That's great! Keep it up. Speed is not this issue here, getting healthier and feeling better is the end result we want.

It is not the weight loss per week that counts, it is the total (and how you look and feel). You have done great!
